In brief
Authorities reported one person killed and one injured after a private enterprise was attacked again on October 21.
Russian forces struck a private enterprise in Chernihiv for a second time on October 21, killing one person, the city council said, according to Novynarnia. The enterprise had already been attacked that morning.
The council also reported one injured person and said the consequences of the attack were still being assessed. RBC-Ukraine reported that the repeat strike involved a drone and cited city military administration chief Dmytro Bryzhynskyi as saying the person killed had been near the explosion.
Bryzhynskyi had earlier reported one person with an injury caused by blast pressure. The cited reports did not specify whether that person was the same individual subsequently reported injured by the city council, so the injury figures cannot be added together.
